📦 Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Free shipping automatically applies to U.S. orders over $100.
🌎 Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
NoirOud is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier or your local post office for assistance.
