At NoirOud, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

     
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  •  
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened fragrance bottles cannot be returned.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at noiroudofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

     
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  •  
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  •  
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

     
  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  •  
  • We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
